Taiwan based Acer has revealed a new Android smartphone that it will show off at Mobile World Congress 2012 on 27th February in Barcelona. The device will be known as Acer Liquid Glow, The Liquid Glow will come with Android 4.0. Liquid Glow will feature a 3.7 inch touchscreen display. Liquid Glow will have a 5 MP rear camera features an LED flash for low light, as well as extensive image capture and touch focus.
With Android Beam, photos can be shared by a single click with another NFC powered Android smartphones, without the nuisance of launching application or pairing. Acer states that the device will be available in summer 2012. More details on Liquid Glow will be revealed next week when the device is unveiled at MWC 2012.
“The Liquid Glow brings together the power and the convenience of Ice Cream Sandwich, providing a user-friendly interface along with widgets to easily stay connected, entertained and updated. It also works with the latest voice-input engine from Google, which guarantees a continuous “open microphone” experience and streaming voice recognition” Acer said.
