Samsung’s flagship Smartphone Galaxy S III will be unveiled on May 3rd in London. South Korea based LG is also producing a new Android flagship Smartphone that will battle directly with it. LG’s latest handset is codenamed D1L and it will feature a 4.7 inch HD display, a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, LTE connectivity, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

DDaily reports that another feature of the new device: built-in wireless charging (which, if previous rumors are to be believed, is also included in the Galaxy S III). This isn’t the first LG phone to sport wireless charging. Verizon’s LG Revolution can also be charged wirelessly, but you need to buy a special backplate.  LG D1L will be released in South Korea at the end of May but there is no information with regards to its global availability for now.
