Samsung’s flagship Smartphone Galaxy S III will be unveiled on May 3rd in London. South Korea based LG is also producing a new Android flagship Smartphone that will battle directly with it. LG’s latest handset is codenamed D1L and it will feature a 4.7 inch HD display, a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, LTE connectivity, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
DDaily reports that another feature of the new device: built-in wireless charging (which, if previous rumors are to be believed, is also included in the Galaxy S III). This isn’t the first LG phone to sport wireless charging. Verizon’s LG Revolution can also be charged wirelessly, but you need to buy a special backplate. LG D1L will be released in South Korea at the end of May but there is no information with regards to its global availability for now. What do you think? Let us know in the comments below.
