Windows Marketplace has just reached 60,000 submitted apps, By looking at the figures , it only took 25 days to jump from 50,000 to 60,000. On a daily average 400 new apps are submitted every day. In the Windows Phone Marketplace 4,052 apps have been rated 5 or more times.

25 days ago the marketplace did  reach 50,000 published apps it still has a long way to go before it hits Android’s 400,000+ or Apple’s half a million apps, it’s still very promising for a platform that’s not even two years old. Probably Windows Phone would have to reach 100,000 apps until the end of the year. It’s likely that the Windows Phone users probably would enjoy the latest versions of the 60,000 apps since now it seem to be growing in milestone and also we think its more likely it will keep growing.
