Apple Founding Documents Auctioned for $1.5 Million

The original signed contract that started  Cupertino based tech giants Apple Inc  have been sold for more than $1.5 Million at auction. The founding agreement which was signed on 1 April 1976 by Three Apple Co-Founders Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne, although Mr.Ronald Wayne quite less than two weeks later. Its been reported that Six bidders fought for the legal paper over telephone and online in the Sotheby’s auction. Apple legal papers were bought by a Company based in Miami for US$1,594,500. Six-page bundle was only expected to draw bids between $100,000 and $150,000. The buyer is known as  Eduardo Cisneros, Chief Executive of Cisneros Corp, one of the richest families in South America. Apple legal document was signed by Steve Jobs’, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne includes both the legal papers that established Apple Computer Company as well as Wayne’s April 12th, 1976 Statement of Withdrawal.
