Apple’s Mac OS X Mountain Lion Coming in July

Cupertino based Apple has announced that the latest OS X Mountain Lion which will be available in July. OS X Mountain Lion has a deeper integration with communication into the daily workflow of activities people experience while on a Mac. First on the list iCloud services already boasts 125 million registered users, according to Apple. Mac Apps such as mail, contacts, calendar, Messages, Reminders, and Notes will all sync up, along with a new feature dubbed “Documents in the Cloud,” which can sync documents from Pages, Keynote, Preview, and TextEdit.

On Mountain Lion Apple has thrown out more than  200 new features to its desktop OS, three of them including the porting of Dictation to the desktop, new enhanced sharing and a new super-quick update to its Safari browser. Another significant feature is Power Nap, keeps your Mac updated with e-mail, new software, iCloud syncs, and even Time Machine backups while the machine rests in sleep mode. The other big thing Apple did in this OS is add a Notification center. Apple said in the past, each application had its own way of doing notifications. The new OS will “ship” in July. The company will ship its new Mountain Lion operating system in July, costing just $19.99.
