The device rolls out with a 10.1 inch display with 1280x800p resolution, 1.2GHz TI OMAP 4430 processor, 1GB RAM, 5MP rear camera, and front camera. It is just 7.7mm thick and weighs 558 grams and the device runs with Android 3.2 HoneyComb. The Toshiba AT200 is also known as Excite X10.
