It seems that Cupertino based Apple Inc is currently investing WiFi connectivity complaints reports an internal AppleCare document which has been leaked and published on the 9to5 Mac. Since the launch Apple’s iPad 3 tablet there have been several reports from users that experiencing problems with WiFi connectivity with their new WiFi only iPad versions. With issues ranging from slow download and upload speeds, connections dropping out, or the iPad unable to see or connect to local WiFi networks.
Apple forums has been buzzing lately discussing the issues has already notched up over 700 replies. This leaked image reveals Apple are taking the issue seriously, and asking employees to “capture” iPads that are brought in showing the WiFi issues. Apparently the current problem only seem to affect WiFi versions of the new iPad 3 and not the 4G LTE models.
