Samsung Galaxy S III available in Europe May 29

South Korea based Samsung has announced the Galaxy S III in London today. The highly anticipated Galaxy S III is packed with all the latest and most impressive specs. Samsung has confirmed that the device will release on May 29th in Europe with a worldwide launch following soon after. The pricing still remains undisclosed. A version with support for 4G networks is expected to come to the U.S. this summer.


In terms of specs the Galaxy S III features a mammoth 4.8-inch Super AMOLED 720p display with a 1.4Ghz quad-core Exynos processor inside. Moreover the Galaxy S III offers an eight megapixel rear facing camera. There’s also intelligent voice and face recognition technologies that have been designed for everyday use . The device will run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream sandwich. Under the hood the handset touts a 1.4GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and the option of 16, 32, and 64GB storage capacity options.
