Music streaming website Rdio has launched it’s service in the UK and France starting from today. It is available as a website and also has clients for the iPhone, iPod Touch & iPad, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone mobile devices, which can play streaming music or cache songs for offline playback. Rdio launched in the States in 2010 and has been expanded to cover Canada, Brazil, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal and Denmark too. Now France and the United Kingdom can also jump on board.
At the start Rdio will service will be available on 7 day trial. If you want to keep pumping the tunes after that, you’ll have to pay £4.99 a month for web-streaming, or £9.99 which will include access on mobile devices too. iOS, Android, WIndows Phone 7, and BlackBerry devices are all supported.
